Local officers will be attending a Cyber and Fraud Awareness Event on Friday, 17th October, from 14:00 to 15:30 at South Oxhey Library, Bridlington Road, WD19 7AG. This event is designed to help members of the community stay safe from common scams, fraud attempts, and online threats.

Officers will be available to:

Provide practical advice on how to spot and avoid scams.

Share information about the latest fraud trends affecting our community.

Answer any questions or concerns you may have about online safety.

Offer resources and guidance on where to get further help or report issues.

This is a chance to meet your local policing team in person, get advice tailored to you, and learn how to better protect yourself, your family, and your finances. Everyone is welcome to attend, and no booking is required - just come along.
